On Sunday 26th March I will be running the Liverpool Half Marathon to raise money for Leukaemia UK. This is my second challenge for the charity, raising funds in memory of my mum Pauline Coulton who died of Leukaemia aged just 27, when I was 4years old.

Research advancements into leukaemia are taking place all the time. And with your support it could eventually mean no one has to suffer the way my mum did. Research into this disease can make a difference, funding scientists to find new and innovative ways of treating this awful disease to help people survive and thrive.

It's my mum's birthday and Mother's Day in March so it felt natural to run in honour of her and raise money in the process. Times are hard so please don't feel pressured, but if you have a couple of pound to spare it would be most appreciated. Please also like, share and support my journey on my Instagram page @mumrun60 (https://www.instagram.com/mumrun60/).

Thanks in advance. Big love, Catherine ❤️
