We are wanting to raise money and awareness for this disease for a charity that can help improve the lives of people whom suffer.

The member Kate, is one of the kindest hearted people i've met. She is a very healthy person and has smashed PTs with me for over a year and is only 39 so when she told me this news I was heartbroken and wanted to show my support as much as possible. I would love to show her how much we think and care about her here at Lync Active by doing this challenge which isn't anywhere near as hard as the struggles this disease has put her through.
