This cause means a lot to me as my mum, Susan Ellis, was diagnosed with leukemia in 2020.
It's not been an easy thing to deal with by any stretch as I am sure you know.
Recently I decided I wanted to do something proactive to raise money for this very worthy cause, leading me to sign up to do the Run Tokyo Virtual Marathon 2022 as an individual participant.
This means I must complete a distance of 10.24km/6.36 miles 4 times in the month of March.
I will update this message once I have completed each distance.
I am a keen runner and very much look forward to taking on this challenge and thank you very much for any support I may receive.
My target is £250 and it would be amazing to be able to donate that amount, but any donation at all will be hugely appreciated by both myself and this wonderful charity.
