In March 2025, our Director Shona learned the devastating news that her 15‑year‑old son, Thomas, had been diagnosed with leukaemia. Now undergoing a two‑year treatment plan, Thomas has shown remarkable courage. From the start, he was determined to support Leukaemia UK by raising funds for research into kinder treatments and helping increase awareness of symptoms to enable earlier diagnosis.
As a business, we are committed to standing beside Thomas and supporting his mission. A leukaemia diagnosis affects not only the individual but their family, friends, and wider community. Fundraising provides a meaningful way to turn fear and helplessness into positive action.
Leukaemia UK receives no government funding, and every pound raised supports vital research and faster diagnosis.
In honour of our 21st year, we aim to raise £21,000 for this incredible charity. Together, we hope to make a real difference for Thomas and for others affected in the future.
